Hands-on, interactive programme in the fresh air, learning about preparing the garden, seed-saving, planting, looking after plants and creative ways to keep a gardening journal.

Siobhán Sloane is a qualified and experienced environmental educator and yoga therapist.
She leads wellbeing in nature experiences in the west of Ireland.
Siobhán has a BA in Heritage Studies and is a member of the Forest School Association.
