Creative by Nature | Gardening Club | 1st to 6th Class

• Begins Thursday 14 September 2023
• 2.40pm to 3.40pm
• €90 for 10 sessions

A hands-on interactive programme out in the fresh air, where children will learn about:

• Preparing the ground for planting
• Planting Seeds
• Maintaining the garden
• Creating a wildflower (biodiversity) patch
• Composting
• Uses of plants for food and medicine
• Craft projects such as making decorative labels for plants and flowers in the garden
• Keeping a gardening with nature journal over the seasons

Meeting Point:

• Leaders will meet children at Kilcolgan Educate Together National School

Home Time Collection Point Options:

• Return to Kilcolgan Educate Together National School for collection by parents / childminder / or further after-school classes
• Leaders can bring children to Muddy Boots if attending there

Booking Terms & Conditions:

• Before confirming your booking please review the date, time and number of places.
• There is no refund for sessions not attended.
• Cancellations made at least three weeks in advance will be refunded less booking fees and 20% administration cost.
• Cancellations made less than three weeks in advance are non-refundable, unless we can fill the place in which case we will refund the cost less booking fee and 20% administration cost.
