These terms and conditions of sale govern your purchase of products and services from Find Your Essential Nature. Every time you make a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions of sale. Every order you place will be deemed your offer to purchase our products and services. We may accept your offer either through an e-mail confirmation or through shipment of the items you requested. Our acceptance of each offer as specified is expressly subject to and conditioned on your acceptance of these (and only these) terms and conditions of sale

Event Bookings:

Before confirming the purchase, please review all the booking information displayed and ensure this are fully correct. We are unable to provide for transfer to a new date after purchase is completed.

Cancellations made at least three weeks in advance of the event will be refunded less 20% administration costs. Cancellations made less than three weeks in advance of event are non-refundable, unless we can fill the place in which case we will refund the cost less deductions as above.

Product Orders:

1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Times:

In-stock items should be despatched within five (5) business days of ordering. During this processing time, your online order is prepared, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to despatch within ten (10) business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial shipment of your order. Delivery time will depend on post service and courier standard delivery times.

Packages may require signature for delivery. We use both tracked and un-tracked couriers and post deliveries.

All international orders are held until the customer’s credit card clears to protect our company from fraud.

For all international orders we anticipate delivery times to take up to and rarely in excess of 15 working days. Please note: for international orders and depending on your country’s customs, we have no control over delivery times.

Duties and taxes:

Orders shipping to destinations outside of Ireland may incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed they are due at the time of delivery. Consult your local customs office for more information on your country’s duties and taxes.

Shipping Orders:

All prices we show on this site are subject to change without notice. Prices stated at beginning of shipment apply. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at check out before you complete your purchase. Information about our shipping and handling rates is available under each product description. We arrange for shipment of products purchased on the site, but we are not liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If for some reason we cannot ship your products within thirty (30) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery and an option for refund, substitute goods (at our discretion) and/or to maintain the order. All payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received by company prior to shipping. We accept payment only by the following methods: Amex, Master Card, and Visa. Please do not send cash or personal checks.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Exchange or refund policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within seven (7) working days of receiving the order.

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven (7) business days (this period starts from the moment you receive the goods).

Please note that the following conditions apply:

You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center.

There is no additional charge when we ship your exchange items to you.

Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.

Item(s) must be in new, resalable condition.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized items and opened items.

If we do not have your requested exchange item on hand, we may issue a refund for your returned merchandise instead. We will make every effort to fulfill exchange requests whenever possible.

We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned. Because we do not store our customers credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.

We can only process exchanges for like-quantities.

c) Ship the merchandise to the returns address that is printed on your packing slip. Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. A package reference number is required for your return or exchange to be processed in the case that it is not received by us.

d) If you do not have your packing slip or are not sure if an item is returnable, please contact us and make sure to include the following information:

Damaged and defective Items

If any of the items in your order have been damaged in shipping (e.g.: box is damaged, insufficient packing materials, etc.) or have a manufacturing defect, please do not return the items to us. Please hold onto the damaged or defective merchandise and contact us, including the following information:

We will happily resolve your problem and replace your damaged or defective merchandise for you. In some cases we may request proof.

Please note, that you should check the shipped item when you receive it.


Most refunds and exchanges are processed within two weeks of the return shipment being received at Essential Food Trails. However, please understand that exchange processing times may vary depending on the season and the exchange products availability. Before contacting us, please verify that your returned item is eligible for an exchange or refund.

That is why we offer the secure shopping guarantee to help protect you from credit card theft or misuse. In the event that you discover unauthorized charges on your credit card within sixty (60) days after your purchase, please do the following:

1. Promptly contact your credit card company and report the unauthorized charges. You should ask to speak to a representative of the company fraud department, who will inform you of the fraudulent claims process and determine whether or not to charge you a personal liability fee.

2. If your credit card company: (a) determines that the charges were fraudulent charges resulting from your online purchases and (b) states that you will be held liable for any of the unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately as set forth below.

3. For your convenience, you may contact us or by regular mail (we suggest registered mail). In order to help you, please provide the following information: name, daytime telephone number (including area code), billing address, and a copy of the credit card statement in question (please circle or otherwise clearly denote fraudulent charges).

Find Your Essential Nature will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions at any time.

These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
